Blair Sobba

Blair Sobba has over 20 years of Human Resource and Recruitment Experience. By using her impeccable relationship building and communication skills together with her expert knowledge of HR as a whole, she is able to consistently make strategic, long-term solutions for her clients.

In 1998 she embarked on her Human Resource career by becoming a direct hire recruiter for a private firm placing professionals in positions throughout the Central Valley. In the following years, Blair became a recruiter for a major medical center helping to recruit allied health professionals and physicians.

In 2006, Blair joined Granite Construction as the Regional Human Resource Manager for the Central Valley where she recruited top talent and provided Human Resource expertise for the region. After leaving Granite Construction, she started Sobba Group, a Human Resources Consulting firm providing HR Support and Recruitment services.

Juliane Montgomery

Juliane brings over 20 years of staffing and direct hire experience to Sobba Group.  Her sales and recruiting background along with her passion for making a great match have made her an asset to the company.

Her career began shortly after her graduation from Fresno State where she worked for a local firm as a staffing coordinator.  Over the years she grew into a senior level position and as Branch Manager opened a new staffing office in Bakersfield where she staffed industrial to administrative positions for the greater Kern County.

After starting a family, she and her husband moved back to Fresno where she continued to work from home for a nursing registry while caring for their children.  In 2012 Juliane went to work for a local personnel service where she managed sales, marketing, and event planning.

In the fall of 2016 Juliane joined Sobba Group to help clients in the Central Valley locate talent and build their teams.

Juliane met Blair through their similar network and they quickly made a great connection.  This is where their story begins…
